Will is the head of the BCTC. He has been with the con since it started in 2015. He started by running the Friday night live and learning under Chris. He's very excited about the team and the journey ahead for the BCTC.

Co-Owner, Talent Buyer

Jay has been with the con since year one as well. He has done a number of different jobs for the con. From run QNA room, to help manage the con floor. Jay has taken on a bigger role every year. This year will be no different as Jay is now part owner and excited to help lead the charge on providing the best con yet.

Floor Manager

John has been with the start of the BCTC and sister cons since year one. John has been a staple in making the con a success by giving up every weekend and 24/7 to the con. He has filled in for a number of positions from QNA, guest relations, and floor staff . We are excited to have John take over as the new Floor Manager.

Head Of Security / Safety Coordinator

Allen has been a long time con attendee and friend of the con. With the con expanding and bringing in new positions we knew Allen was the perfect fit to handle running our security team and overseeing the safety of the con. Allen is a Navy veteran who fit all the qualifications we were looking for and more. Please welcome him to our team and reach out at the con if you need anything.

Creative Director

Justin has been coming to Bangor Comic and Toy Con since 2019, but has been attending various local cons for many years. With the con growth, along with the responsibilities for both Will and Jay, there was a need for someone to take over the website and help with social media, live streams and more. Soderberg brings his creative background with Orono Brewing to the team.
